A: We try to offer as much flexibilty as we can but it is advisable to book us no later than two weeks before you wish the work to start.

Q:How much will the work cost?
A: We can't answer this question on the website because every property or business is individual, however we aim to provide a good quality service for a fair price. We always agree a price in writing before starting the work.

Q:What is Equipotential Earth Bonding?
A: These are earth cables attached to the water and heating pipe work to ensure that the pipe-work cannot become live should a fault arise.

Q:Why do I need RCD Protection?
A: Because an RCD will cut off the electrical supply, should a fault arise, before it can cause injury.
